The form is the fastest way to get a real answer, because Noah can read it between jobs and call you back with the right questions. The more you tell us, the better prepared he shows up.
What helps us most:
- The vehicle: year, make and model, and your tire size if it's on bigger tires
- What it's doing: the noise, shake or warning light, when it happens and at what speed
- What changed recently: a lift, new tires, a pothole, a repair somewhere else
- Where it's parked: home or work, and whether repairs are allowed there. Some apartment complexes and HOAs don't allow them, so it's worth checking first.
- Photos or a short video: a clip of the noise or the shake helps a lot. After you send the form, you can text them to (502) 557-6786.

Noah is often under a vehicle when the phone rings. If he can't pick up, leave a message with your name, your vehicle and what it's doing, and he'll call you back. Reach out in the morning and you'll usually hear back at lunch. Reach out later in the day and you'll usually hear back after 5pm.
Appointments: weekdays 5–8pm and weekends 8am–8pm, at your home or work.

Can't drive it safely? If it's shaking hard, the brakes are grinding metal on metal or the steering feels loose, park it and call instead of waiting. We come to where it's parked, so there's no risky drive. We're not a roadside or emergency service, though; if you're broken down on the highway, get somewhere safe first.
Where We Come to You: Louisville & Southern Indiana
We don't have a storefront or a walk-in address. We come to you, within about 30 miles of Louisville: Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby and Spencer counties in Kentucky, and Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana. That includes Louisville, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Middletown, Fern Creek, Prospect, La Grange, Crestwood, Shepherdsville, Mount Washington, Shelbyville, Taylorsville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville and Sellersburg.

What Happens After You Contact Us
Here's what to expect once your request is in.
1. Noah reads it himself and calls you back, usually at lunch or after 5pm.
2. You get a price or a diagnostic. Jobs like brakes, lift and leveling kits and accessory installs get a free quote by phone, from photos or with a quick stop at your house. A problem that needs finding, like a clunk or a warning light, starts with a $120 diagnostic.
3. We pick a time and place, on a weekday evening or a weekend, at your home or work.
4. Parts arrive, usually in 1–3 days, and Noah brings them to the job.
5. The work gets done where your vehicle is parked, followed by a test drive and a walk-through.
